QueueMate is made by First Mate Technologies, a Philippine software team. We built it because we kept watching good restaurants lose covers to a paper list at the host stand.
Why is QueueMate free?
Because the honest answer is that it costs us very little to run. The live status page your guests watch is a web page — there is no hardware, no per-guest fee, and no cap on how many people you can seat with it. We do not sell your data and we delete your guests’ details shortly after each visit.
What it does buy us is this: a few of the restaurants that use it will one day need something built that QueueMate does not do. When that happens, we would like you to already know who we are.
