Virtual queue for restaurants

Restaurant queuing, made hospitable.

QueueMate is a free virtual waitlist for Philippine restaurants. Guests scan a QR code, join your line, and track their place from their own phone while they walk the mall. You run the whole stand from one calm screen, with no buzzers, no apps, and no crowding at the host stand.

How it works

Three steps. No hardware.

  1. 1

    Scan to join

Guests scan the QR code at your host stand and enter their name and party size. It takes under twenty seconds on their own phone, with nothing to download.

  2. 2

    Wait anywhere

Their phone shows a live queue position and an honest wait estimate. They can roam the mall while their place is held, even if the connection drops.

  3. 3

    Get the call

One tap from the host turns their screen into a full ready alert that is easy to spot across a busy, noisy mall.

The moment that matters

An alert they can't miss.

When the table is ready, the whole guest screen changes. A full color takeover, a large check, big words, and the exact hold time give you four signals you can read across the room, never relying on color alone.

Your table is ready

Arrive within 10 min. Held until 7:42 PM.

Calm for the guest. Effortless for the host.

Everything QueueMate does is built for a busy mall, a slow connection, and a host juggling twenty things at once.

For hosts

Run the rush from one screen.

The waiting list and the table board sit side by side, so there is no switching and no hunting. Add walk-ins in two taps, seat the suggested party in one, and never lose a spot to a flaky connection.

Questions

Answers for restaurant owners

Is QueueMate really free?

Yes. It's completely free for restaurants, with no subscription, no per-cover fee, and no hardware to buy. First Mate Technologies builds QueueMate to introduce our work to restaurants around the country.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan your QR code and join the line from their phone's browser, then watch their position and wait time on a web page. There's nothing to install.

Do I need buzzers, pagers, or special hardware?

None. QueueMate takes the place of buzzers and pagers. You run the queue from any phone, tablet, or computer, and guests use their own phones, so there's nothing to charge, lose, or sanitize.

Will it work on cheap phones and slow mall Wi-Fi?

Yes. The guest pages are kept light, built for budget Android phones on slow mall connections, so guests can join and follow their place even when the signal is weak.

Is QueueMate compliant with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)?

Yes. Guests see a short privacy notice and agree at check-in, and you collect only a name and party size. A mobile number or email is optional and used only for the 'table ready' alert, and personal details are deleted automatically soon after the visit ends.

How do guests join the queue?

They scan the QR code at your host stand, enter their name and party size, and follow their position and wait time on their phone. You can also add walk-ins yourself from the dashboard in one tap.

Can guests book a table in advance?

Reservations are host-managed. When a guest calls, you log the booking — name, party size, date and time — and hold a table for it, right in your dashboard. Guests don't book online themselves, so your phoned-in reservations and walk-ins live in one place.

What happens when a reservation arrives?

Their table is held for them, so you seat them the moment they walk in — they never wait in your walk-in line. One tap checks them in and seats them at their table.

Give guests their time back

Turn your wait into a welcome.

Set up your venue, print the QR code, and start seating in minutes. QueueMate is free for restaurants, built by First Mate.
